What I’ve learned in two months with Chris is there’s a lot left in my tank. That it’s the small and lasting wins. I didn’t get out of shape overnight, I’m not getting in shape overnight. But here are a few wins in two months.
1. I stand up straighter.
2. My chest is getting stronger.
3. My back is thinning and stronger.
4. I can feel muscles I haven’t felt in years.
5. I go to the gym with confidence.
6. I can look at images of myself and see the journey I’m on, not an imposter.
7. Mentally I’m sharper.
The list goes on and on as to why this has worked for me. At 58 years old I see things I thought were gone. They’re not, Chris has been there every step of the way. He wasn’t my first trainer, but he’s the first that has me knowing I will get in the best shape of my life.
